Shipping & Fragile Handling Policy

Welcome to the studio of Michelle Rose Jorgensen. We treat the packaging and delivery of our artwork as an extension of our studio craftsmanship. Because our original creations often feature delicate mediums and rare antiquities, shipping methods and structural packaging are customized to the exact needs of each collection.
Below is everything you need to know about how your artwork will travel safely from our workbench to your home.

📦 1. Collection-Specific Packaging Standards

  • For The Glitterwood Guild Collection (Fine Art Sculptures):
We do not simply box our art—we engineer it for travel. To protect the delicate, rigid mid-century ceramic pixies and the multi-faceted German silver glass glitter caps, each sculpture undergoes a meticulous multi-layer packing process. The sculpture is gently nested in custom, archival-safe protective wrap to eliminate friction. We then utilize a premium "box-in-a-box" insulation method, suspending the primary structural box inside a heavy-duty exterior shipping carton filled with dense shock-absorbing material.
  • For Future Collections & Open Editions:
(Packaging specifications for upcoming collections, art books, or prints will be detailed here to match their specific structural requirements.)

🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Processing Timelines

  • Carrier Services: To minimize time spent in transit and ensure careful handling, flagship art collections are shipped exclusively via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
  • Full Insurance & Tracking: Every shipment from the studio includes comprehensive, full-value shipping insurance and tracking. A tracking link will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our workbench.
  • Studio Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the studio to meticulously prepare, pack, and inspect your original artwork before it is handed over to the carrier.

🛡️ 3. Shipping Insurance & Damage Protection

We take immense pride in our structural engineering and packing success. However, if a carrier mishandles your package and your artwork arrives damaged, your investment is fully protected by our studio shipping insurance.
Because original pieces and 1-of-1 assemblages cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund or a studio credit, provided the following steps are taken within 48 hours of delivery:
    1. Keep All Materials: Do not discard any packaging materials, interior boxes, or broken pieces.
    2. Take Clear Photos: Photograph the exterior shipping box, the inner packaging layers, and the specific damage to the artwork itself.
    3. Contact Us Immediately: Email your photos and order number to [Your Support Email Address Here] so we can instantly initiate the insurance claim and process your immediate refund.

🌍 4. Delivery Destinations

At this time, due to the highly delicate nature of our fine art assemblages and vintage components, we ship exclusively within the United States and Canada.
